OMGOMGOMG, These Two in a Miniseries Together

Unfortunately for us stateside, this miniseries will be airing in the UK. Wonder if we’ll get it over in the US too…I’d tell you a synopsis of the plot if it didn’t sound so boring. I suggest we just try to get a hold of it anyway for the fun of seeing Harry Potter grow up to be Jon Hamm (yes, I like him as himself a la SNL or Jimmy Fallon way more than as Don Draper). And while we’re at it, to set the record straight, I actually don’t have crushes on either of them. I just enjoy them both!

Source: dlisted AGAIN. Sorry it’s apparently all I read these days. I mean, I can’t help that it’s great, and you should probably check it out if you’re at least a little crude in your humor. Promise to diversify again soon!

Seriously, why was this ever a thing?

Pizza holders! You never see these anymore right (but thanks to dlisted for the memories)? I never did get the point of them. But at the same time, I kinda like the nostalgic memories. Back in childhood days, my favorite pizza was Lil Caesar’s (like most kids, the lower quality the food, the tastier I found it), and I would always take the pizza holder thing from my Lil Caesar’s pizza and make tables for my Barbies. I know you’re nodding in shared remembrance– I noticed Michael K. from dlisted had similar ideas… I knew I wasn’t the only one!

I Hate When I Love Her Makeup

Yes, this picture of Kim Kardashian is from Halloween, but remember how I am a little behind getting back into my blogging groove over here? It could be worse! Anyway! I do not like this person… I don’t like what she represents or her values. I don’t like that little girls look up to her. And man do I not like her narcissistic boyfriend. But something that so often is true of Kim K. is the girl knows how to do her makeup. Ok, ok, probably she has someone doing it for her now, but honestly I remember liking her makeup even when she was just coming out. Almost hate to admit it but she looks so pretty right? Gotta give props where they are due.

Blog Appreciation Week, Day 2: Cocoa Likes This!

I profiled Cocoa Likes This! once before, shortly after starting my blog, because it was my inspiration to blog in the first place. Cocoa’s “drawlings” are simple, but fun and funny, and guarantee you a smile over something wholesome, which is so nice when there are so many snarky things out there competing for your laughs :P. Which is kinda the same theme I’m going for with my blog, and she made me start thinking about how maybe I could offer up something little too that some people might nevertheless find worthwhile :). I check her site out pretty regularly. Here is one of her recent comics, and if you click on it you can check out her site for more smiles ‘n laughs:

For When You Ask Yourself, Does My Dog Have No Shame?

I’m a giant cliche 😦

He does, it turns out. Just probably not enough to motivate a new behavior. LOLZ. Click here or on the pic for about 20 of these :P.

I’m Here With A Dog For Added Swoon Factor, Girl

All the romantics shall now swoon on command! A Ryan Gosling coloring book exists :). And may I suggest the comment section on Film Drunk, which wrote about it (also go there if you’d like to see some other pages from it)… for example:

“Hey girl, don’t mind if you color outside my lines.” –commenter Immortal9

“Hey girl, the only way you’ll make me blue is with that sky blue Crayola in your hand”—commenter Jessolido

 Yeah, I’m noticing a trend 🙂
